In an effort to continually increase the quality and range of services for customers, in an environment of the company’s developing activities and its expansion, the company’s management decided in 2008 to build a new, modern demonstration and training center in Kácov (D1 Prague – Brno, exit 49). The center includes a hall of 1000 m² with more than a dozen installed machines for bookbinding and printing processes. It also serves as a service center, including a spare parts warehouse.

The activity of this center began in the middle of 2010. The training center is also fully equipped with modern technologies for organizing various trainings and specialized seminars for professionals, but also for meetings with the general public, especially in the field of printing and related areas. The center has installed an extensive assortment of printing machines and equipment.

Visitors are thus able to have all the printing machines demonstrated in operation in case of interest, including the possibility of sample processing of a specific order. It is also possible to conduct practical training for employees on individual machines. In addition to the hall with installed machines, the center also has two training rooms, which are fully equipped with audiovisual technology for the purposes of training, seminars, presentations, educational programs, conferences, or language courses. The large meeting room can accommodate up to 40 people and the smaller room has a capacity of 15 people and are suitable for holding trainings, conferences, and other corporate events. Wi-Fi internet connection is available throughout the premises free of charge.

The company Graffin has obtained a grant for the implementation of the project “GRAFFIN – training center Kácov“. This project is being implemented with the aim of ensuring quality facilities for the realization and organization of education, including other activities related to the development of human resources. The implementation of the project has created a modern training center that combines the theoretical and practical part of the education of workers in the printing industry.

The project is funded by the resources of the EU Structural Funds through the Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation and the funds of the Czech Republic state budget.
