The refurbished 4 clamps binding machine BQ-470 with EVA or PUR adhesive. The Control a binding machine by TOUCH & WORK technology through the central color touch screen – easier and more productive.
The machine doesn´t have a large number of glued books. The machine was cleaned, the following parts were replaced – Replacement of the PUR cutter and the upper cutter, sharpening of the cutter for EVA gluing, replacement of the bearings and oil seals of the side gluing tank, Teflon coating of tank´s rollers, replacement of bearings and seals, replacement of wipers, replacement of rings for the envelope feeding rotor, replacement of the creasing cutter.
The option SI-470A Book Thickness Measuring Device. The SI-470A is a book thickness measuring and input device for further operation efficiency.
